Lenght of stay & Party numbers
The minimum length of stay is 4 days. At present there is no maximum length
The house can comfortably sleep 4 people. The maximum permitted to stay is 6.
Bookings of all males parties is generally not permitted. Should you require this then please email stating the details

Deposit Policy
A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The full balance is required 4 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided for cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations of any reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 2:00PM on arrival date and check-out is 3pm on your date of departure. If there are no guests due to arrive within 24 hours, we are happy to extend your departure time until 7:00PM.

Costs
All rates are quoted in £ UK sterling.
Rental is only £150 per person, per week.
At present high & low seasons are not in operation.
